Q: I keep getting "Error" status when trying lookup with Domain Inspect. Can you please help me to fix this?
A: Please check following points about this problem:

1) Instable network connection to search engines. To deal with the problem, please increase the value of "Max retries if error occurs during lookup" option within "Connection" tab of configuration; If the lookup process is stopped with a domain name in the list with "Error" status, press "Start" button again to restart the lookup process.

2) Search Engine "Spamming": Some search engines have the limitation for query number from a single IP address. If you query too much, it will refuse to response. This problem is hard to be solved. Decrease the value of "Max lookups at a time" and Increase the value of "Connections interval between two lookups" may be helpful to avoid this problem.

3) A bug which is probably related to this problem has been fixed with Domain Inspect version 1.6. Please make sure that you have installed version 1.6 or later version.
